					<description><![CDATA[Thank you so much for this list!  As a college student, and a fellow blogger about social media, I know first hand how distracting all this can be.  I have the habit of checking my email / Facebook / blog every time I sit down at a computer.  With all the work a full-time student has, this can be quite detrimental to getting your homework done on time - I&#039;ve even known a few people whose grades have suffered from al the time they spent on Facebook.   
 
I particularly enjoyed number nine on your list - I actually just installed Apimac to my own computer! ]]></description>
