My article 3, LLC name filing and FEIN is done, but now it is going to be about $3000 to finish the start up for fees and such. Secretary of State (Ohio) says that I cannot do crowdfunding until I file all of it, but can I start a crowdfunding as an individual to get the funds needed? Or find a 3rd party to do it for us? Help…I need some ideas here.
